The calendar says spring is still almost a month away.
Forget about the calendar for a minute – the Bedford Recreation Department is opening online registration for the 2023 Summer Adventures day camp program on Monday, Feb. 27 at 8 p.m.
“We are opening the sign-ups for Summer Adventures one week before all of the rest of the spring and summer programming, a change from years past that comes from feedback from families,” said Recreation Director Josh Smith. “They wanted the sign-ups for Summer Adventures to happen on their own day.”
Online registration for other spring and summer youth and adult recreation programs is scheduled for Monday, March 6, at 8 p.m.
“The 2023 spring/summer recreation brochures have been posted to the department’s website, Smith noted.
“Please make sure that your account is up to date in Active as many programs do fill up quickly,” Smith reminded residents. “If a program is full, please be sure to add your name to the waiting list as soon as possible. We will review all waiting lists over the next few weeks.”
