The Bedford Health Department is pleased to announce a FREE Moderna COVID-19 bivalent booster vaccination clinic for Bedford residents ages 6 – 11 years old on Monday, November 7, 2022.

Please be advised that limited doses are available for this age group.

Clinic Details

When: Monday, 11/7/22
Time: 4 pm – 6 pm
Where: Town Hall, Reed Room, 2nd Floor

Link to Register:

As part of the on-line registration process you will be directed to a link to a registration form that you will be required to print and complete with your child’s contact and health insurance information. While the vaccine is free, receiving insurance reimbursements enables the Health Department to perpetuate offering our vaccination clinics. You will need to bring one completed registration form for each child  receiving a vaccination at their designated appointment time.

As a reminder, because this will be considered a clinical setting, all participants will be required to wear a face covering while visiting the vaccination site. Please bring a copy of your ID and your child’s health insurance card(s) to the clinic. Everyone receiving the COVID-19 vaccine will be required to wait at least 15 minutes after receiving the vaccination. We ask that everyone receiving a vaccination wear clothing that allows for easy access to their arm for vaccine administration. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you have any questions about the clinic or the COVID-19 Vaccine, please contact the Health Department at 781-275-6507 or visit the Health Department website at:
