I support ballot question #4 to repeal the state law that allows the RMV (Registry of Motor Vehicles) to give out driver’s licenses to illegal (undocumented) people without a green card.
Governor Baker vetoed this bill and said he will vote “no” on question # 4 on November 8.
A green card means the holder is eligible for a driver’s license. No green card means it is not legal to have a driver’s license. We are a country, the United States of America, of rules and laws. Laws we must follow to ensure a fair, safe, and functional society. We cannot reward people who broke our laws to be here.
Please consider voting “no” on question #4 on November 8th.
