The Bedford Health Department will be hosting a Moderna COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinic. Only the Moderna Bivalent boosters will be available at this clinic.
Bedford residents and employees are eligible for a bivalent booster if you are the minimum age and it has been two months since you completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved monovalent COVID-19 vaccine.

Please make a separate appointment for each person receiving a vaccine. Each registered person must have a completed Registration Form and bring their COVID-19 vaccination card(s) or proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s) with them to their appointment. We request that all attendees wear a mask while attending the clinics and clothing that allows for easy access to your arm for vaccine administration. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The clinics are free and open to those who live and work in Bedford however we ask that you bring your insurance card(s) with you for vaccine program reimbursement purposes. Flu vaccinations will also be available at this clinic. If interested in receiving a flu vaccination, register for an appointment and complete the Flu Registration Form.
