The Bedford Youth and Family Services (YFS) Department is hosting its second Community Dinner and Discussion. Jon Mattleman will present on Monday, Oct. 24 from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the First Church of Christ Congregational at 25 Great Road. The dinner, presentation, childcare, and discussion are free of charge.

The presentation will cover current information on depression and suicide, and how to identify and support loved ones who may be suffering. Jon Mattleman is a Boston area counselor and consultant. His website claims that “This workshop is anything but depressing – it is infused with energy and an appropriate level of humor, and consistently leaves participants feeling enlightened and empowered.”
