Ruth E. Gural, 89, passed away on Sept. 29, 2022, at her home in Lewisburg, PA. Ruth was born in 1933 in Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from Douglass College where she met her future husband, Myron Gural, and studied home economics. They were married in 1957 and lived in Park Ridge, NJ, before moving to Bedford, MA, in 1969. They stayed for almost 50 years raising three children – Harry, Bill, and Kathy.
Ruth was an active member of the First Church of Christ, Congregational. Ruth helped with the youth program, served as deacon, worked as church secretary, and helped with many church suppers and events.
A Celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29 at the First Church of Christ Congregational at 25 Great Road in Bedford, MA. A reception at the church will follow the service.
