Being in a car accident is lousy on so many levels. Is the car drive-able? How long will it take to fix? How much is this going to cost me? Days later you may notice some aches and pains… Stress at the accident scene can cause some people to cry or others may lash out and blame and yell. At the very least it can cause you to rush and not gather all the information you need because you are in a bit of shock. Take your time, make sure you are ok, call 911 and then gather as much info about the other driver as you can. In this video I suggest some important steps to take and reasons why, and then I provide a checklist at the end which may come in handy some day.
