The three Bedford artists who comprise the Bedford Free Public Library’s Art Steering Committee have created an exhibit of their own work, the semi-annual Curator’s Show, on view through September 7. The public is invited to view the exhibit during regular library hours.

Each of the curators has a specialty and is an artist in her own right: Jean Hammond, multi-media art; Astrid Reischwitz, photography; and Carol Rissman, ceramics. The work in the show ranges from tableware, to photographs, masks, and books.

The Art Steering Committee identifies artists and plans six solo or group shows each year.

This exhibit would not be possible without assistance from the Arts Steering Committee with additional support from the Friends of the Bedford Free Public Library.
