Around the world, June has become known as Pride Month, a time for LGBTQ+ people to celebrate themselves in all their glory.
Bedford Girl Scouts, led by Troop 71644, will celebrate Bedford Pride on Saturday, June 25, from 10 am until 2 pm on Bedford Common.
Part street fair—booths representing a wide variety of community organizations—a party with a Rainbow Sprinkler (a distinct advantage, given Saturday’s projected temperatures in the 90s!)— a mini-parade along the diagonal path that bisects Bedford Common—crafts to make and story times for littles and older people. Plus, a dance party hosted by T-Rex, the Non-Bino-Saur.
An ice cream truck, plant seedlings, temporary tattoos, flags, pins, and crafts along with relevant information for those with questions.
Where and When: Bedford Common, Saturday, June 25, from 10 am until 2 pm!
