Indus Inc. will seal pavement cracks on Bedford roads, beginning the first week of April.

The seal will prevent water from making its way through the cracks, into the pavement base where it can damage the pavement structure.

The work began Monday, April 4, and will be complete by Wednesday, April 27, weather permitting. Working hours will be 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.

What To Expect:

  • Typical construction noise and minor traffic delays. Allot additional time and plan accordingly.
  • Police may be present while work is being performed. Potential lane closures with posted traffic control signs. For your safety and for the safety of the workers in the field, please obey all posted traffic control signs and workers. Please be mindful of the work.
  • On-street parking may be restricted. Posted restrictions will be enforced. Any vehicles parked within the construction zone will be towed away by the Bedford Police Department at the owner’s expense.
  • Typically you can drive on the freshly sealed cracks as soon as they dry based on the temperatures.
