Community-wide De-Escalation Training at 6 pm on Monday, April 11.

Bedford Health and Human Services will sponsor a de-escalation training program open to everyone in the community at 6 pm on Monday,  April 11 via Zoom.

Emily Black, LCSW, of Eliot Community Human Services will present de-escalation skills and best practices for ways to manage a situation with a person who is upset and elevated.

The presentation will last approximately one hour, including time for questions, and is open to everyone in the Bedford community

A recording will be available under News and Announcements on the Youth and Family webpage,  https://www.bedfordma.gov/youth-family,  for anyone who is unable to attend
