The Conservation Commission last week gave Lexington Realty Holdings the go-ahead to continue with its proposal for a mixed-use development at 310 The Great Road.
The site for many years has been home to a now-defunct Papa Gino’s restaurant. The new owner plans to tear down the building and erect a new structure, with a ground floor of commercial space and two floors of residences.
The development proposal had an outstanding issue related to the stormwater disposal plan. The issue was cleared up after the LRH team presented revised stormwater disposal plans, ensuring that aquifers on and near the site would not be affected by the development.
Having met with the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and now the Conservation Commission, the team’s final step before beginning construction will be to obtain building permits.
