Bedford School Department
Superintendent Philip Conrad emailed school families to say that school is canceled and that no classes will be held on Thursday. Schools will reopen on Friday, December 18 for all Cohort B and C students.
Other Town Services
Scheduled public (virtual) meetings will proceed as normal.
Council on Aging (virtual) programs will proceed as normal
Bedford Free Public Library book pick-ups are canceled on Thursday
The Bedford Food Bank was held on Wednesday, December 16, from 4:00-5:30pm instead of Thursday this week. Details can be found at http://www.bedfordma.gov/BedfordFoodBank or by calling 781-275-7727.

Reminders from the DPW and the Bedford Fire Department
Please stay safe, and keep off the roads if possible so we can clear them as safely and efficiently as possible!
Plowed snow is not to be placed in the streets or on sidewalks
The Town would appreciate your assistance with keeping fire hydrants clear of snow so that the Fire Department can access them in the event of an emergency
Residents are requested to avoid parking on streets during the storm and subsequent snow removal operations (overnight parking on streets is prohibited).
