Town Government at Work for the Week of June 24, 2019

Several interesting board and committee meetings will take place during the coming week, including a minimally-advertised public hearing for tree removal necessitated by the installation of a proposed sidewalk along Pine Hill Road, one of Bedford’s designated Scenic Roads.

Tuesday, June 25
7:30 pm ~ Planning Board
The agenda includes a joint hearing with the Tree Warden regarding the potential removal of 38 trees on Pine Hill Road for sidewalk construction. The Arbor Resources Committee will also be in attendance.

Wednesday, June 26
7:30 pm ~ Conservation Commission
The continuation of a public hearing on a permit for work south of Barksdale Street and east of Grenier Street on Hanscom Air Force Base on behalf of Army Corp of Engineers.

Thursday, June 27
7:00 pm ~ Charter & Bylaw Review Committee
Open discussion for the public and staff on charter and bylaws changes.

7:30 pm~ Energy and Sustainability Committee
Community Choice Aggregation updates will be heard. NetZero updates and a NetZero webinar will also be considered.
