David L. Winter a long-time resident of Bedford passed away in Acton on March 3, 2019. Mr. Winter was a patriot, a journalist, a linguist, a Human Factors Engineer designing defense systems, a computer programmer, an athlete, a musician, and a loving father.
A Memorial Service will be held March 23, 2019, at 9 am, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Bedford, MA.
