The Bedford Housing Authority will open its family waiting list through an online lottery process run by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) from Monday, October 29, 2018, through 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Click this link to view, download, or print the BHA flyer.
Applications will be accepted forDHCD’s two (2) and three (3) bedroom family unit waiting lists.
The income limits for a family household are:
- 2-person household: $58,450
- 3-person household: $65,750
- 4-person household: $73,050
- 5-person household: $78,900
- 6-person household: $84,750
Applications may be either downloaded from www.mass.gov/dhcd or picked up at 1 Ashby Place, Bedford, MA, between 10 am and 1 pm, Monday through Friday.
