John Filios passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Filios, a former Captain of the Bedford Minuteman Company, the 2007 Citizen of the Year, and one of Bedford’s eldest residents celebrated his 100th birthday in October 2016.
Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 5 pm on Sunday, June 24 at Bedford Funeral Home, 167 The Great Road, Bedford. A Memorial Service will be held at 10 am on Monday, June 25 in the sanctuary at First Church of Christ, Congregational, 25 The Great Road, Bedford, MA.
