Signs along Hartwell Road announce projected delays on Wednesday, May 30 when the final pavement is installed between The Edge Sports Center and Athena Lane.

In early October 2017, a course of binder pavement was installed to improve wintertime travel along the deteriorated surface, but final paving was delayed because of additional utility work remained.
