The Department of Public Works is expanding its Yard Waste program to help residents clear their property of tree branches and other yard waste that Old Man Winter left behind.

The DPW is opening the Compost Center every Saturday in April from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday, April 6, is the last day to deliver fallen tree branches to the DPW dumpsters in the parking lot on Mudge Way. Branches can be dropped off any time from dawn to dusk at the two designated dumpsters. The DPW will empty the containers as needed.
