Calling all riders on tricycles, scooters, balance bikes and 2 wheelers! The 13th Annual Bedford PMC Kids Ride will take place this Saturday, June 17th. There are several routes to ride- including an obstacle course , a 1/2 mile loop, 3, 5, 10 and 12 mile rides through Bedford neighborhoods and trails. EARLY CHECK IN – THURSDAY 5 pm – 8.30 pm
- Grab a slice of pizza, pick up your rider t-shirt and your raffle tickets.
- In the JGMS cafeteria
BIKE DECORATING – FRIDAY – 4 pm to 5 pm
- At the playground on Mudge Way
THE RIDE – SATURDAY
- 8:30 am – Onsite registration opens at JGMS
- 9:30am – Opening Ceremonies
- 9:45am – Riders sent out by routes in groups of 10-12 with at least 2 volunteer Route Leaders in each group
- 10:30-11:30 – Riders return
- 10:30-1:00pm – Celebration! Enjoy food, fun, drinks and music.
- 12:00pm (or when last riders have arrived) – Draw for raffle prizes/announce auction winners
- 1:00pm – Party ends – thank you for coming!
The Bedford Police reminds residents to be watchful for a higher number of bicycles and young riders on the roads on Saturday. DRIVE CAREFULLY!
