The Wedgewood Dive team had an excellent season with veteran divers Isabella Seldon, Maya Driscoll, Caitlin Pequeno, Jeffrey Dillon and Megan Demeo continuously placing and earning high scores for the team. New divers have shown they are the new competitors to watch out for including Sebby Woolnough, Isabelle Wilson, McKenna Wilson, Rylan Nichols, Taelor Nichols Sophia Demeo, Delaney Bertos, Maxwell Weisz and Bella Stuzynski.
Diving Championships took place this week with the Wedgewood Dive team placing third out of 6 teams in the Colonial League Championships.
Maya Driscoll took first for girls 14 and under at championships. Bella Studinski placed second for girls 14 and under. Isabella Seldon placed second for girls 12 and under, Audrey Leida placed 5th and Maxwell Weisz placed third for boys 12 and under. Team assistant coach Megan Demeo placed second for girls 17 and under. The younger teammates continued to have a great season. For 10 and under boys Sebby Woolnough placed 4th and for 10 and under girls Sophia Demeo placed 7th and Delaney Bertos placed 13th.
