Wetlands Protection Bylaw Updates to be Voted at Annual Town Meeting on March 28

The Conservation Commission is proposing amendments to the existing Town’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The proposed amendments will be presented under Article 7 of the Annual Town Meeting Warrant. As printed in the warrant, Article 7 would repeal the current bylaw in its entirety and replace it with the new bylaw as printed in the warrant.

The Conservation Commission has developed a comparison between the old version of the bylaw and the proposed new bylaw to facilitate residents’ understanding of the proposed changes. The comparison is accessible via the link below.
