Compiled by The Bedford Citizen
In just two weeks, Bedford voters will go to the polls along with the rest of Massachusetts to vote in the state’s Presidential Primary on Tuesday, March 1. Polls will open at 7 am and close at 8 pm, with all four of Bedford’s precincts voting in the gymnasium at the John Glenn Middle School, 99 McMahon Road.
There will be ballots for registered Republicans and Democrats as well as members of the Rainbow/Green Party and registered Independents. Voters who are unenrolled (‘U’ on the voters’ list) may select the ballot of their choice and return to their unenrolled status before leaving the polling place.
In addition to voting for presidential candidates, local State and Town Committee seats appear on each party’s ballot.
Because the ballots were developed so far in advance, several of the presidential candidates appear on the ballot, but have already dropped out of the race.
