Bedford TV welcomed a large crowd of Bedford residents and viewers to their Fall Open House in early November. Guests were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of the television set and control room.
Bedford siblings Zachary, Claire and Sarah Wirth sat on the studio set of the Bedford TV news. They delivered their best broadcast while disappearing on screen, using the magic of green screen technology. “It was so awesome to see all the tricks at the TV studio!” Zachary Wirth said with enthusiasm.
Production Director Greg Dolan led a presentation called “Intro to Film Language” for a standing-room-only crowd in the studio. Showcasing photos from famous movies, Greg explained the different camera angles and their effect on story telling. Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick and Harry Potter will never look the same!
