Struggling with coursework? Middlesex Community College’s After-School Tutoring Center provides academic support for middle school and high school students. We can help with a variety of academic challenges, including students who seek help with special projects or are interested in working above and beyond grade level. Topics include: Math and Science; Reading and Writing; and English Language Learners
Tutoring is available by appointment from 3 to 8 pm on Thursdays at MCC’s Bedford campus at 591 Springs Road. The center is located in the Enrollment Center, Building 9, room 213. Rates for instruction are $40 per hour and can be purchased hourly.
Customized to fit individual needs and learning styles, MCC’s After-School Tutoring Center offers face-to-face tutoring sessions for students needing homework help or assistance with special projects. We are currently taking appointments on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for face-to-face tutoring in Math and Language Arts.
All in-person tutors are Massachusetts state certified middle school and high school teachers.
Coming soon: an online tutoring option. This option includes diagnostic testing in both language arts or math followed by leveled curriculum for your child. Tutors work with students at home or in our center and are available real-time both. Students can converse with the tutor while working on assignments.
