You Must Register by June 5 to Vote in the June 25 Special Election for Massachusetts’ Senator

Citizens wishing to vote in the Special Election for U.S. Senate must be registered to vote by June 5.

Registrations can be completed any weekday from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. at the office of the Town Clerk, 10 Mudge Way, through June 5 and on Wednesday evening June 5 at the Police station from 4 p.m.- 8 p.m.

The election will take place on Tuesday, June 25 at the John Glenn Middle School on McMahon Road between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. The winning candidate will occupy the Senate seat vacated by John Kerry when he resigned February 1 to become the Secretary of State.

Voters will choose between Republican Gabriel Gomez and Democrat Edward Markey.
